Basically you guys tell us what to play .This is indicated via our research and feedback from you the listeners.

Why don't you play popular music from the past too? Why are you limited to play today's 'pop' hit music?

We do play popular music from the past, our playlist goes back to the early 90's.

Why do you have SO MANY ads?

We maintain our ad content at a maximum of 10 minutes per hour( which is a govt stipulation).

I won a prize but I didn't receive it. Now what do I do?

How do I become a DJ?

Pray very hard and hope that one of the dj's get hit by a bus.

But seriously. a degree in Mass Comm would help + you gotta be crazy and whacky enough. We do accept demos & resumes which we keep on file; then we'll contact those on file to come in for an interview

How do I know the contests are not rigged?

We have auditors checking on the contests and their prizes. And we DO give out real prizes. We make sure our prizes are always of a certain value or absolutely money-can't-buy. Listen out not only to the prize giving announcements on air but also the Grand Prize Announcements. These are real names and usually, we call up winners to spread their joy and also to prove authenticity.

What do you mean you are merged with the net?

It means that we are interactive,i.e you get to chat with the announcers,watch the late net show live via our webcast and also take part in numerous contests on the air and also in tandem with the net. The website also offers a more detail explanation on stuff we do.

Why are there so many pop songs repeated on the station?

The most popular songs are repeated for the listeners to hear their favourite hits more often. This is indicated by you the listener and that is why we have so many chart shows on hitz plus also the hitz.fm most wanted and equests. We play what you want!

Nope..although I wished so..Its an ebonic term that means how are you and it got its boost worldwide via the series of Budweiser commercials

Why do you always say the cue to call?

Otherwise, you wouldn't know when you can win a prize.
